Refund policy
Most of our offerings are Print on Demand (after you order, we print your product especially for you).
We only issue refunds or replacements for orders that are defective, undelivered, or if the wrong item is shipped.
If an exchange or return is requested according to these guidelines, we will review the request and determine if a refund or exchange will be authorized. You are responsible for returning the item to our returns center. Refund/exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
For mistakes/errors beyond our control, no refunds will be given. This includes customers ordering the wrong colour, size, style, etc.
We ship our products by Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, USPS, or other major carriers. Shipping delays, if any, are out of our control. As a result, after a shipment has been picked up from us by the carrier, we do not accept any responsibility for delays. Shipping time expectations and guidelines are based on publicly posted normal shipping times issued by the carriers.
If an item is sold out after you have paid for it, we will promptly issue a refund. If the item that is sold out is part of a larger order, the remainder of your order will not be affected. The other items will still be processed and shipped.
No refunds will be authorized for any delayed deliveries due to delays in the shipping process.
It is not possible to cancel any orders after they have been placed.
